Q.  Why have I received this notification?

A.  A potential vendor/landlord has listed their property on netanagent.com and we then forward partial details to local agents so they can show the fee and service the branch can offer the vendor or landlord, without contacting them directly. This ultimately allows them to make an informed choice prior to selecting which agents to invite for a valuation.

This is performance advertising, with absolutely no fee unless you successfully complete the sale or let of a property. Netanagent.com also allows agents to showcase their branch's services on a level platform, reducing the impact of competitors' aggressive marketing. There is no charge for the leads or any form of registration fee but, should you be successful and sell or let the property a small fee is applicable.

Q.  How does netanagent.com have my details?

A.  Netanagent.com will have reviewed your website to ensure you are practicing and dealing with properties in the relevant vicinity. We may also have provided a preliminary agents profile which you can update or amend by logging in here. You can list any registered bodies you belong to or any awards you have received. There are no cost implications for this listing.

Q.  What are the fees?

A.  For sales: If you are instructed and subsequently sell the property, the fee is 0.22% of the sale price plus VAT.

For rentals: If you are instructed and subsequently let the property, you agree to pay netanagent.com, Tenant Find Only 10% + vat of the first month’s rent, or Management 20% + vat of the first month’s rent.

If you fail to receive an instruction or fail to market a property successfully, there is no charge.

Q.  Can I be removed from the notification list?

A.  Of course. We do not wish to send agents property notifications if they have no intention of promoting their branch through netanagent.com. Your branch will be removed from our free Agents Profile page and our Agents By Area listings.

Q.  How long do we have to post a quote?

A.  Two full working days (not including Saturdays). We recommend returning your quote as soon as you receive the notification as some vendors/landlords make their selection within the allowed period.
