  • We notify you of the update.
  • You give us your professional quote for fees and services (you have 2 working days to get back to us with your best quote).
  • We forward your quote to the property owner

A successful quote

  • Your quote has been successful!
  • We email you the vendor's contact details so you can arrange a valuation.
  • After valuations are completed the vendor will then select the agent to proceed with their sale or let.

Contract/Completion

Sales
When the property is sold the successful agent agrees to pay netanagent.com 0.18% of the property price + Vat

Lettings
When the property is let, the agent will be invoiced Tenant Find Only 10% + vat of the first month’s rent, or Management 20% + vat of the first month’s rent. SIGN UP FREE
